Clean hotel, the staff was exceptional and courteous.
That was incredibly beautiful hotel set in downtown area, next to the most popular sightseeing places and the train station. We stayed in extremely spacious room on the heating that also had wake-up service...

Located in a beautiful area surrounded by tea fields and nature walks. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The language barrier was an issue as not all staff members spoke English. Dinner was a total disaster, overpriced and of low quality.

We received some complimentary surprises upon arrival and the location was surrounded by nature, making it a great escape from the city. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent with a variety of dishes to choose from. The large swimming pool and gym were enjoyable amenities.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, the room was modern and spacious, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with both Chinese and Western options. Moreover, the location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, surrounded by lush greenery.
Cannot find any fault.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel to find a birthday cake waiting for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and the manager even took the time to personally speak with each guest during checkout. The facilities were wonderful and the surrounding tea fields made for some lovely walks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nestled in a green scenery, the resort is a great getaway from the city hustle. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the staff helpful and nice. The breakfast spread is excellent, mixing international and local food. The gym and the swimming pool are excellent, and you can bike along Jiuxi Road for fresh air. The hotel is conveniently located to do touristy stuff and escape the city rush. In a few kilometers, you can reach the Song Dynasty Village and Westlake.
Some guests suggest that the dinner buffet could have been better.

This hotel, nestled in the mountains, offers a great value for money. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the balconies provide a nice view of the surrounding area. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

I had a luxurious experience in this hotel, with exclusive amenities and attentive service. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were particularly enjoyable, and the sun terrace provided a relaxing escape. The restaurant served delicious cuisine and the private facilities in the room were a nice touch. The location advantages were also impressive, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel more than made up for this with their other amenities and excellent service.

This hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by tea plantations and rolling hills. The Nine Creeks area is the perfect setting for a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. The highlight for me was definitely the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lush green forest. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both western and Asian tastes.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful.
